The Australian singer is promoting his last

Ciudad de México (7 noviembre 2002).- Darren Hayes said
this Thursday that the concerts he will give this Friday and Saturday in the Theater
Metropolitan will include the best and hit song when he was in Savage Garden and the songs
that he is presenting as solo artist.
The Australian musician, who live in San Francisco, said
that he doesn't have any problem singing something that is part of his musical history.
Because of that he will sing the songs of the band, besides the songs of his CD Spin.
"I'm not ashamed or uncomfortable of the musical
background I have, I'm very conscious that maybe the "ex" I don't get rid of it,
but I'm also trying to show that I can do things solo... It's like all that happens to
Annie Lennox with Eurythmics or to Steve Nicks with Fletwood Mack", said the
songwriter singer.
The singer of melodies like "I miss you" and
"Insatiable" said that he invest lot of money in the production of the lights in
the concerts and that he put out all the money to bring to Mexico the same concert that
was seen in Australia.
He'll be accompanied with two coros, a keyboard, a bassist,
a drummer, and a guitarist, besides he promise a surprise at the beginning of the show
with electronics elements.
About the last concert that he did with Daniel Jones in
Mexico, in the Six Flags more than a year ago, he remembered that it was very cold,
because of that he celebrate that in this opportunity the concert will be in the Theater
Metropolitan, creating a more intimate environment.
