Instead, this new solo artist has only just begun; and his debut release, Spin, is a step in the right direction. Spin is full of the soft songs and killer lyrics that made Savage Garden so popular. Darren took a break from music to regroup, and then got right to work on this album and hasn't stopped writing since. A particular favorite is the breakout single, 'Insatiable', a cool song about being swept up by emotions. Don't think that Spin is just another Savage Garden CD! Darren reveals a whole new side to his music with rock-infused hits-to-be like 'Heart Attack' and 'Dirty'.With Darren's mixture of rock'n roll, sweet ballads and feel-good songs ('Good Enough' and 'I Can't Ever Get Enough Of You' are great!), Spin looks to be a monster hit. |
