The former lead singer of the duo Savage Garden was born May 8th 1972 in Australia. He attended a few schools, and in one of them, studied to be a an elementary-school teacher, but didn't wind up doing it (imagine having a teacher like that!) because the pull of the music proved to be stronger. Darren started singing at the age of 11, and at 15, wrote his first song which he dedicated to Marilyn Monroe. Darren-the-romantic has always been a fan of Star Wars, and rumours had it that he was meant to be in the 2nd part of the trilogy. [In Russia=At our place], one look from Darren augments the effect of contraceptives. [Note: take it as you will, because honestly, I would think Darren's 'smouldering' gaze would um... prevent the contraceptives from working that well. LOL] |
